What is QuEST Forum?
The Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum is a unique partnership of telecommunications suppliers and service providers who have come together to foster continued improvements to the quality and reliability of telecommunications service. Founded in 1998 by Bell Atlantic, BellSouth, Pacific Bell and Southwestern Bell, QuEST Forum now has around 120 members; and has developed a specific set of telecommunications requirements titled "TL9000".
The TL 9000 Standard
TL 9000 is a set of common quality system requirements and measurements designed specifically for the telecommunications industry, encompassing ISO 9001:2000 and best practices. Through this standard, QuEST Forum aims to:
Improve service to customers
Enhance customer-supplier relationships
Obtain comparable data based on well-defined measurements
Standardize quality system requirements and measurements

QuEST FORUM ASIA PACIFIC REGIONAL CONFERENCE
The QuEST Forum Asia Pacific Regional Conference is now in its third year. Our first conference took place in Yokohama, Japan, and was such a success that immediate plans went into effect to host a second conference in Korea in 2002. QuEST Forum’s regional conferences are now being held in four regions around the globe to better promote a spirit of communication and to reinforce quality
